About our Support Group
Crohn's & Colitis New Zealand has thirteen support groups across the country, offering a welcoming space for anyone affected by Crohn's or colitis. Patients, their whānau, and those wanting to learn more about IBD are all encouraged to join us for support, practical advice, and a sense of community.
We are a new group that started in October 2016 – with Lisa as the co-ordinator. So far, we range from early 20’s to late 70’s!
One of our group members was diagnosed with the first colonoscopy device in New Zealand.
